By accessing or using Web Harmonium at webharmonium.online (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Web Harmonium provides free, browser-based virtual musical instruments including a harmonium and piano simulator, along with educational content such as tutorials, note guides, and song libraries (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided at no cost and requires no account registration.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site's infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site in a manner that places undue load on our servers
- Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Site's source code, audio samples, or design without permission
- Use the Site to transmit malicious code or engage in activities that harm other users
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio samples, software code, and user interface design — is the property of Web Harmonium or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The harmonium audio engine is based on the open-source Web Harmonium project by Rajaraman Iyer. Original attribution is maintained in accordance with the project's license.
5. Audio and User Content
All audio you generate using our virtual instruments is processed entirely within your browser. We do not record, store, or claim any rights over audio you create. You retain full ownership of any musical works you produce using the Site.
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Site uses third-party services including Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Google AdSense for advertising. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. By using the Site, you acknowledge that third-party advertisements may be displayed and that third-party cookies may be used as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
